To be listed on Georgia’s Most Wanted Child Support Evaders List, non-custodial parents must meet the following criteria:

  1. Arrears must be at least $5,000.
  2. No payments have been made within the last six months.
  3. The Division of Child Support Services has exhausted all locate resources.
